Hi, I'm trying to ask as many people as possible about this. I'm moving from Leeds to South London for a job and have been advised to look at the Croydon/Bromley area. I've been looking online and want to know if £690K to £1.1M is a good indication of prices in that area.

I'll be working near Forest Hill so any other suggestions will be gratefully received. This is a big move for me.

This isn't the place for these type of things. You can do a search at http://www.rightmove.co.uk for house prices in any area. Good luck in your new job. I'm sure that your budget is adequate wherever you choose to go.
