New West Coast Canuck Member

Hello Everyone !
I had been in the meat business for over 25 years ,boning, slaughtering, etc.dry curing, other departments as well .Not a sausage maker though !
I'm wanting to start to make some fresh sausage but don't have any equipment except for a hand grinder.
So that's me and now I will post something in one of the forums
