Hello to all from Northwest Florida, USA! I have been into cooking in and restoring cast iron, grilling and cooking smoked meats for over 30 years, so learning to make sausage and cured meats only seems the natural progression. Recently purchased a LEM #8 1/2 horsepower grinder. In the framing stages of building an old country style wooden smoke house. Working 12 hours a day is kinda getting in the way of my fun, but I'm looking forward to learning all I can here. Have a good un!!
