This past weekend I was in Chicago and had a chance to visit my favorite hot dog producer.
They are now 125 years old and have set up a small museum behind the cafe.
Not sure I'm made for the hot dog costume.

A Chicago hot dog all the way. On a steamed poppy seed bun, a natural casing hot dog, yellow mustard, chopped onion, celery seeds, sweet relish, tomato slice, dill pickle spear and sport peppers. I wasn't able to tour the production area; it turns out that most people don't want to see how hot dogs are made.
