Good morning to all....Does anyone know if there is a problem with Franco’s - The host for this site ?
I have been ordering stuff for the past six years or so, but direct with sales, as I reside in Greece. Until now, no problems at all & had a fantastic service.
I am now trying sales and not getting any response at all from my emails...I did receive one reply from a guy named Callum, asking if he could help (I usually deal with Lucy) but after three follow up mails, had no further reply back ! I am thinking the lockdown in U.K. May be having some effect, but can get no information.
I also tried ordering via the web site, but on checkout, am directed to request postage cost via sales...Full circle & no response!
If anyone can give advice, I would be most grateful.
