Just arrived here, and I'd like to thank saucisson for his kind help at getting things sorted.
I'm an odd mix. Hungarian parents, born and raised in the UK, now living in Germany. Safe to say there is pork and sausage running through my veins (as my GP and blood pressure will confirm).
Access to great pork and lack of british style sausages have driven me to have a go at making my own, and although they were edible, they weren't anything like expected. Spent a lot of time on the internet researching and I'll start an another thread asking for kind advice once I've been through ALL the FAQs, but in the meantime, "Hi", hope you've all had a great week, and it's nice to finally make it onto such a wonderfully named forum.
