Hi, my name is john. I was bought a mincer for my birthday and have decided in my week off to have a go at making sausages. Owing to a slight oversight on my part i have the casings to make bangers and some dried sausages. i have some recipes and the necessary curing ingredients, but any advice would be welcome as i really will be going at this from zero experience.
