Hello ,
Has anyone got some recipies for spicy home made beef sausages, I cannot eat pork or pork products. Everyone seems to be in love with pork or pork products ie bacon

Whay can't salami be made with beef and lamb or goat alone

I would be very pleases if someone can help please

There is no reason why you couldn't substitute beef and/or lamb with any pork in a recipe. Experiment a bit!
