Bacon Slicers

The answer to the question is to nearly freeze the bacon, whether it be a pork belly or a pork loin, with or without the rind. Chill it down to approximately 1 degree C and then slice it. If the slicer is of any quality at all I guarantee that it'll work. Don't take the mountain to Mohamed.
