Has any one heard from Parson Snows? since the disaster over that side of the world it all seems strangely quite from him I hope he's all right. :(

I am sure he will be OK as he is based in Bangkok , I heard that the electricity supply was affected & this could explain his absence.

TO ALL Thanks for the concern, everything is fine here. I just received a notification message hence the responce. I did say in my posting under "Curing/Recipes/Allowable Nitrate/Nitrite levels in the UK" that that was my last posting for 2004. Just a little break/recharge.
