Morning all.
Has anyone any experience using a "portioner" with a hydraulic power filler? I'm looking for a way to achieve consistent packs of sausage for farmers markets. My packs are currently 400gm and I'm wondering if a portioner would consistently put out this weight, which could then be linked into 4 or 6 sausages.
I've looked for machines that would stuff, portion and link but it seems at first sight that this means moving into another league altogether with costs (new) of around �25,000!
Any ideas would be welcome.
