Second Batch part 2

Hi, thank you to everyone who replied to my previous post. I have now finished another batch of sausages taking the comments in mind and added breadcrumbs with an equal part of water, not cooked too much etc. and all seems fine!

On another topic does any one have any advice on linking? I have twisted the sausages but they untwist themselves! I have tried 1, 2 and 4 twists with alternate clockwise and anti clockwise but do not seem to be able to get it right.
