...will I get used to the fact that my homemade sausages are meatier than the ones I usually eat?
Yesterday I had my first successful go at making sausages. Today I cooked one up to try them out (the rest are in the freezer ready for a Full English on Sunday). Just tried it and I'm pretty impressed. I made a very basic banger with pork belly, salt, quatre-espices, breadcrumbs and a small ammount of water. It just seems so meaty. I'm used to eating supermarket sausages which, I suppose, are a bit "pappy". I'm sure I'll get used to it, but so much meat seems so wrong LOL.
