Hi muncho, I don't think you'd like to see the ingredients in my western chili - it has stuff in it that even Beardedwonder wouldn't believe! You see, up until about 2 years ago, there was so much bullshippin’ around here, that the deerflies and horseflies started to gain weight!- so much in fact, that they could no longer fly! That's when we had to start shootin' 'em with 30-30 Winchester carbines! It just made them mad! After some time, we learned to leave a bit of my western chili out on a plate overnight. The flies would just stagger a bit then fall over dead.
