Or the Sudan Red in the chilli powders just to redden it, which achieves a higher price!!

I don't buy any seasonings from Kerry, all my spices are supplied by wholesalers who have declared that all items supplied by them are free from Para red and sudan red.

Please don't think I was being cheeky I thought I read somewhere on the forum that they supplied you with some of your ingredients, however if your wholesaler is already on top of it then great.
