We are in the middle of adding more spices to the store, if there are any you would like to see let me know.
I've also added Dextrose (essential in salami making) and onion powder, I'll be adding kibbled onions later this week.

Already ordered some onion powder and granulated garlic. I would like to see those dried leek flakes as an additional ingredient.

Would be nice to see your Cumberland Mix without the colouring in, is that possible ?. Also maybe a Spice Selection pack.....5 or 6 basics maybe ?
