A few of you have been asking for a brief run down of the new products that we have been putting on the site, so here goes
Cultures - These are now available. I am looking into the pricing for the Mold 600 so please bear with me.
Electric Mincers - We have increased the range now to include a very powerful professional model
Your recommendations - Due to your requests we now have Hand Filling Tubes, Netting and Larger Quantites of Rusk now available
New Seasonings - We now have a section for Pork Pie seasonings and included in the new products for curing are Pancetta Cure and Spanish Lomo Cure. I am sure all 3 will become best sellers.
Salami Making Kits - These have been updated
Digital Smokehouse - A very affordable way of smoking your own. This is already becoming one of the best sellers on the site.
We will also be updating all the sausage making kits over the next few weeks so watch this space!!
