Last I heard from him was on either the river cottage or downsizer forums, where he said he "used to post on sausagemaking.org".

Don't know what we did to upset him :!: :(

This guy for some reason got a bit up himself and upset quite a few user's on the site. He decided to not frequent the site anymore after an altrication with several user'. This is a shame because he brought alot of knowledge to the site. But knowledge is not always king.

It is a pity that Parson parted company because prior to me taking up this 'superb hobby' I spend about a fortnight reading the forum front to back and he featured quite heavily with what I considered very relevant, knowledgeable information in most aspects. I had wondered why he hadn't been posting since I joined, thought it might be BO..

But I must say that even with his departure, this is a friendly, well informed forum. A pleasure to be involved, with plenty of 'good' advice. I really enjoy it.

regards, Paul Kribs
