Bacon Tree

Two Mexicans crawling through the desert, thirsty and hungry and nearing their end.
Suddenly Juan raises his head and says to Pedro, "ay Pedro I must be dyeeng, I keep theenking I can smell bacon"
Pedro replies, "you no dying my fren, I can smell eet too"
As they crawl over the top of a dune they spot a tree growing between 2 other dunes and it appears to be covered with bacon.
Juan immediately gets to his feet and scrambles towards the tree.
All of a sudden there is volley of rapid gunfire and Juan lies shot to bits on the sand.
With his dying breath he shouts, "Go back Pedro, somebody trick us, eez not a bacon tree, eez a ham bush"
