I would like to make some sausages using your Texas Barbecue Mix but as it contains garlic I can't use it so, looking through some recipes, I came across this one

http://forum.sausagemaking.org/viewtopic.php?t=272

if I were to add some Hickory Smoke Powder would it be anything like your mix?

Whilst you're here, any chance you've found a way to package the Liquid Smoke yet? I'm desperate to get hold of some of this stuff.

Thanks.
