Hi there chaps, me and a friend of mine have recently got into the sausage making craze have used this site as a bible for our fun sessions of sausage making.
As myself, my main inspiration for sausages has to be the 'smokey valley' range and overall sausages are just one of the best things to make and cook wheather it be on the BBQ or in a breakfast sandwich!

Glad to hear you are "addicted" to the sausage making craze. Yes this forum is full of useful information and we are all here because we like to make our own food.
After 30 plus years in the meat industrie I am still loving every minute of it and never get tired of making new products with meat or thinking of making existing recipes a little better or simply change them to my taste.
Meat is healthy and one of the most versitile foods there is.
