Good evening everyone
I've been making sausage fairly successfully for about 20 months, and have been reading this forum for the last four months or so. It's nice to look through and find pieces of advice or ideas that solve problems for me, or give me ideas to try. I've got a couple of questions, so I'll post them in the appropriate forums.
