Welcome Ken Boy

In answer to you question, no you do not 'have' to use organic pork to get the best from the Organic cure. It works perfectly well on ordinary pork.

Hi Ken Boy,

You don't have to use organic pork, but it kind of defeats the object NOT to.

If you can get it, organic free-range pork of an old breed ie Tamworth, is far superior to just ordinary pork, and well worth the extra cost.
