Hello all, this my first post, and I am starting off with a question.
I ordered a hank of sheep casings recently, and I couldn't tell if I had received a half hank by mistake, I tried emailing the sales team asking what a hank should weigh , but did not receive a reply. So can someone help out. Thanks, Pete L.

You might want to email Franco or sausagemaking.org sales and ask directly; I looked over at another website and saw that a hank of sheep casings had a shipping weight of 3 lbs. Hope your sausages come out OK.
