Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

struggling to find collagen casing that will fit my coppa, and now its ready i had to use 2 on each of the shoulders and dont have enough for all.

i can have ox bung here quick but not the collagen.

Hi P38IRL, I'm sure I've seen ox bungs used for coppa. Have a look on youtube were you should find a video showing them used.

Yes, they're fine to use, but just watch out for mould in those air pockets.
