Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

Hi everyone who uses this forum. My family and me plan to launch a small vegeterian sausage making plant. can you please advise me process line of equipment line for producing such sausages for example with gluten/seytan.

I think the equipment is the same for either..To make veggie sausage you you just don't put anything nice in them.

Equipment is equipment, vegetarian, vegan or regular. Anything you would use for regular sausage you can use for vegetarian sausage.
