Opti Start Quick Red salami culture

Has anyone ever used this starter culture brand for making raw salami. It's made in Germany by RAPS GmbH. Colour development in 24 hours, perfect results in 7 days without the sour taste.
It's readily available now in Australia but I like some firsthand experience from sausgae enthusiasts that actually have used it.
