My very generous OH has just bought me one of these for my upcoming birthday:

Cool! I used a #10 manual grinder for years, but finally had to switch to a #12 electric. Never looked back. It's kind of like doing your first all-grain brew - you get to focus on the real craft, instead of being distracted by the mechanics.

First up is going to be a batch of Cumberland. Not sure about adding phosphate as I haven't got any but hoping they taste good.

No need whatsoever for phosphate.
