A question about a PID and thermocouple?

I am trying to set up a temperature controller for my fermentation chamber. I have ordered this PID from Amazon (USA). http://www.amazon.com/Digital-Display-T ... controller
and this thermocouple http://www.amazon.com/Amico-Sensor-Temp ... m_indust_1
and this solid state relay http://www.amazon.com/Amico-SSR-25DA-Te ... m_indust_2
Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a setup like this? I have not received the PID yet but I have received the thermocouple and it has no instructions at all as to what lead goes where! It has three leads; a red one, a blue one, and a yellow one but I have no clue as to what does what. I plan on using this in a small walk-in cooler to control a very small space heater during the fermentation period. Help
Thanks......
