For UK members - Morrisons are advertising pork Shoulder steaks @ £2.50 per kilo. Not a bad price seeing as they are trimmed/rindless, suitable for pie and sausage making. Don't know how long they are on offer though as Morrisons normally have there promotions on until Sundays.

last time I bought some, the butcher sold me it in a 1.5 kg piece so that i could cure it as shoulder ham, turned out quite nice.
