Hi, I'm Lance Yeoh, a Malaysian Chinese. I'm really interested in making sausages as we don't really have a good choice of quality sausages here in Malaysia. I'm currently looking for equipment to get started on sausage making but I'm finding it really difficult here. Some restaurants here do make sausages but are reluctant to share their source of supplies.
I would really appreciate it if some of you could share with me about the equipments that I would need to get started. Thanks in advance.
