Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

Hello everyone,
I'm looking to make some thin sausage snacks but i cant seem to find any casings in that diameter(<15mm)
Does anyone know of a manufacturer of sausage casing in that caliber? preferably one that sells in europe as well because i live in switzerland.

Mustache, morning..... I have made sticks using collagen 21 mm casings.... smoked at 140 F for 24 hours.... let cool naturally and did not rinse or dip in ice water to stop the cooking process..... They did shrink to about 15 mm and had a very nice wrinkled finish...
