Hi

I was looking at getting a small manual meat mixer. I have seen two models that look fairly similar but have no idea of how they compare re quality, ease of use and cleanup. There may be others that are better... please let me know.

The 2 models are:

Sportsman Series 4 Gallon:

LEM 654 7.71kg. Manual Meat Mixer

Thanks for your help... cheers bruce

The mixers you listed are the same construction. I have a 20LB model from the Sausagemaker in Buffalo and they work a charm. Your hands do not get cold and they come apart easy for cleaning. I don't know what the minimum amount that can be worked on in each model but I think that half full is all I'd try to do. Less than that I'd do by hand.
