Hi , I am trying to source an electric steriliser capable of sterilising approx 8 bottles of paté or other meat and fruit products in one batch. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

I know that in the USA you can get an auto pressure canner:

Many thanks wheels, that is the sort of thing I am looking at. I have seen similar here in france but, as you know, french electrical equipment is notoriously unreliable and the after sales is non existant, that is the main reason I was looking at the uk.
I shall investigate further.

You'll probably have better luck searching if you search for a pressure canner, I found this by searching buy pressure canner UK:

I think that the standard type of pressure-canner will be more readily available in France than the UK? It's the 'electric' bit that threw me, I didn't know that there was such a thing for smaller quantities. I've never seen them for sale in the UK.
