I have picked up a twin track meat hanging rails system with hooks but what's missing is the switch that directs the way you can move the hooks.
Can anyone help me find a switch?.

I know it a long shot but you don't ask you never will know.

It's a difficult one. But without the manufacturer and model, I'd say it's impossible?

The rail system is 19mm double track.
