Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

I have read posts on here that a Peltier type dehumidifier may may not be suitable for a curing chamber.
However I can buy a small dessiccant dehumidifier at £30 odd on eBay.
Anyone any thoughts on this?
Many thanks
Dave

Try and find out the lowest operational temp for this type - maybe in any specs on the manufacturers website.

Curious. I’ve been using the Peltier type for years and find they work great. What’s the concern you’ve read?
