If you can't get that special spice from Franco then try
They have the widest range of spices and herbs I've seen and it's a British shop. Actually it's situated in london but you can order from their online shop.

The only drawback to the spice shop is it's a lot more expensive than Franco.

So if you are buying some chemicals from Franco and he has the spices you want, buy them from him and save money. Also if we don't support sausagemaking.org then where are we going to get our cures from.
