Looking for knives and vac bags

Alright I have been using a game processing kit for all of my meat butchery and I would like to start investing in some "real" tools of the trade. Mind you the stuff I have works but its not great. The little knife I use for boning works but the blade is a bit stiff and awkward to use. I would also like to get myself a good heavy cleaver.

Could you point me to a really good internet supplier. Hopefully one in the US or Canada.
