Electric Mincer Knives

Need a knive for my electric mincer. The plates are 55mm anyone know where to obtain.

I'm sure there has been discussion of sourcing replacement blades in the past.
My guess is that the specifics of the machine may well be important - even to see if you can use someone else's part...

As Dougal suggests you may have more luck here. 55mm sounds like it is a No 5 mincer if that helps.
