i have just made south african farmstyle boerewors and pork sausages.had a braii with friends they all tested my sausages they all said they test lovely i used a funnel for filling although its tough to use a funnel.now my friends they want me to start making boerewors sausages for sell.first i tried the sausages mixture it was not good then i tried again about four times i never got tied,i meant it now iam happy i can make sausages that i can sell to people just waiting to buy a proper filler then i can start making sausages for sell .i will send the receipe to the site.god bless.
