Does anyone know where I could find kosher sausage casings?

I'm not sure exactly but I spoke with someone once who said he sourced them from Spain somewhere.

Hi Quarrygirl

If I were trying to find any kosher food suppliers I would ring up a Rabbi and ask him who in their religion deals with such things and where they could be contacted. They would know as all Kosher food has to be sanctioned by rabbies.

I seem to remember the H.Q. for Kosher stuff is in London.
