just a thought i got the reber 3kg but it needs a hell of a lot of effort to crank and as far as i can see is that only the 5kg reber upwards have dual speed. there is only 4 in the family. is it worth upgrading to 5kg [i dont want to make 5kg of same sausage or can i just half full at a time so that i can make different flavours]. OR should i just keep the 3kg and use a g-clamp to hold it down and battle on with the cranking.
