Hi Franco, any news on the LEM Jerkey Guns yet?

I had a go at making sausages with a cookie maker today and think this is an ideal method of making a smallish ammount of sausages. Unfortunately it killed the cookie maker stone dead and I had to finnish using a funnel (not ideal, but it worked), the up side of this is I have a plate of good looking sausages in the fridge now. From what Bob, I think it was Bob, said the LEM thing is actually designed to make sausages so comes with the proper nozzels and is good and sturdy, a big asset if you ask me.

Hope these will be available from you soon as I'm pretty keen to buy one.

Deb,
I am still waiting for the sample from LEM products, they said they were at the trade fairs until the end of February and wouldn't send it out until then.

I'll let you know when it arrives.

Thanks Franco. I'm waiting with baited breath. If yesterdays equipment had been up to the job it would have worked a treat.
