Tell me about it, I've just bought one of the .01g ones, to the sound of "what do you need another one for?" echoing in the background. :D

Nah I'm pretty lucky. Er indoors is very supportive.

If you have bought the ones I'm thinking of, did you buy the calibration weights? You need to calibrate them, the 0.01 needs a 50 gm calibration weight. The others 250 gm and 500 gm respectively.

which ones were you thinking of as I didn't see anything about calibration weights.
I got these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5966603922&ssPageName=ADME:B:EOAB:UK:6
A few people who've left feedback about them have raved about how much better they are than they thought they'd be (which is always a good sign).

Spuddy I looked at that scale but thought the platform would be too small. I chose the one below. Which can be calibrated. I got it for 18 + 5 for the calibration weight.

You can look at the specs below.

Hi Spuddy,

Thanks for recomending the fantastic scales on eBay.

My set got delivered yesterday and I am very pleased with them as I was going to get a similar 0.01g model for 90!

You saved me 70!

Thanks again, and I recomend anyone who is looking for digital scales to click spuddys link!

They're good aren't they?
As Oddley said the platform looks quite small but in reality it's plenty big enough for the small amounts being weighed on it.

Welcome to the forum audiosupriem

Thanks for the recommendation. Does the scale need calibration weights? I just ask out of interest, as the ones I bought were out a little, and I had to calibrate them immediately.

At weights of 0.01 gm the air pressure at the height at which you live, can put them out.

Sorry aris don't have any LS25.
