Caul fat

i am struggling to find a supplier of fresh or even frozen caul fat. Would any of you know where i might find one within the bristol area or an online supplier. Any help appreciated

Don't know if it will be of help but apparently there is a large international supermarket about 2 1/2 miles northeast of the centre at 585-587 Fishponds Road.. you could give it a try..

Greyham - Paul's is probably the best option - if they don't have it you could try local abattoirs (if you've not done so already) or, as a last resort, you can buy it online from

Our local butcher gave us some, for nothing, apart from a donation to the charity collection they had. They make their own faggots, so I guess thats why they have it.
