Anyone know where I can get organic casings (all sizes)?

Spuddy,

most organic sausage producers use non organic sausages skins in their production, if you look at the ingredients list for a major organic producer ie. Helen Browning they often use non organic casings.

Thanks for the info Franco. I must admit I'm surprised they can get away with it.
I'm still on the lookout for them though if anyone has any sources as a colleague is looking for a completely organic product.

Hi Spuddy

You stated your surprise at the use of non organic casings for organic sausage, but you are allowed a further 50+ non organic ingredients including 27 e numbers.
