Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

I got a funnel this weekend and tried to stuff some sausages. I must say, it was tedious. You tend to get a fair bit of air in the sausages with this method.
Perhaps I just need a bit more practice.

This works! Don't knock it! As long as the original cartridrge contains water-soluble material it can be washed out and sanitised. I have used this method for trial runs for several years. If anyone can source larger diameter spouts please let me know as this is the only disadvantage! I have made a special spout by gluing on a piece of water pipe so that collegen casings can be easily used. My attempt to fasten on a Kenwood Chef sausage spout for hog casings failed but I am sure it is possible if someone knows the correct adhesive!

Looks good if you live down south, but with the original you could upgrade to a Powered version!
