My local catering store have a Buffalo CD400 to clear at £300, just wondered if anyone had used them, I cant find much information on it other than spares are easily availiable. grinding plates are the big thing, it come with a medium and course but they dont list any others. doesent say if it a #12 or #22 or indeed some custom spurious size. from what i can see i'd make an uneducated guess at it being a #22 but i really dont know. any info would be greatfull.
