Can any body tell me where i can buy a brine pump . i am told you need it to make large hams with. CHEERS

You are right Sausagemaker, they are not cheap, I only found 1 from 20 minutes searching and it was �50 per week to rent.
Robin, you could always post a question on the Bradley forum asking how they inject their hams.

robin o unless you are a commercial curer, you don't really need a brine pump. You can simply do it by the immersion method.

I have some brine needles on their way as well as lots of other stuff from the US.
I've beem witng patiently for the delivery for over 2 months now but they should be here soon, they will cost around �6 for plastic or �20 for stainless

I wonder if one could not just use a syringe. Perhaps a veterinary one (they tend to be larger).

the ones I will be suppying are similar to an oversized syringe but have holes on the shank also.
