Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

Hi, can anyone give me a steer on where I might be able to buy casings in person in London? Casein or hog. I've tried a couple of local old-style family butchers but they can't oblige.

No sure where you are in London but my local butcher in Pinner (Hiltons) are happy to give me casings whenever I'm buying my meat from them. I would expect most butchers that make they're own sausages could give or sell you some.
